  • For estimating purposes, the following numbers of acquisition plats are assumed for this agreement: Permanent (Fee Title) Right-of-Way Acquisition Plats (FE) = 12 each Permanent (Sidewalk, Utility, Electric) Easements (PE) = 17 each Temporary Construction Easements (TE) = Not needed.

  • The Parties have agreed that the cost of construction of Sidewalk Improvements on each north/south face of each Block is $83,000.
