Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
Notice of Committed Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Committed Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Committed Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.
Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.
Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by a Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the RFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.
Designated Borrower Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.14.
Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.
Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.
Notice of Swingline Borrowing means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit G (or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and containing the information required in such Exhibit) to be delivered to the Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.4.(b) evidencing the Borrower’s request for a Swingline Loan.
Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.
Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Bid Loans of the same Type from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Bid Loans as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the auction bidding procedures described in Section 2.03.
Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Mandatory Borrowing shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(d).
Swing Loan Request means a request for Swing Loans made in accordance with Section 2.5.2 [Swing Loan Requests] hereof.
SOFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the SOFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.
L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.
Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans.
Swingline Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Swingline Loans.
Competitive Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Competitive Bid Advances from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Competitive Bid Advances as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.07.
Notice of Competitive Bid Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).
Revolving Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.
Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
