FSTD qualification definition

FSTD qualification means the level of technical ability of an FSTD as specified in the certification specifications relating to the FSTD in question;
FSTD qualification means the level of technical ability of an FSTD as defined in the compliance document;
FSTD qualification means the level of technical ability of an FSTD as specified in the certification specifications relating to the FSTD in question;‘Helicopter’ means a heavier-than-air aircraft supported in flight chiefly by the reactions of the air on one or more power-driven rotors on substantially vertical axes.‘Instrument flight time’ means the time during which a pilot is controlling an aircraft in flight solely by reference to instruments.‘Instrument ground time’ means the time during which a pilot is receiving instruction in simulated instrument flight, in flight simulation training devices (FSTD).‘Instrument time’ means instrument flight time or instrument ground time.

Examples of FSTD qualification in a sentence

  • Overall integrated testing of the FSTD should be accomplished to assure that the total FSTD system meets the prescribed standards.Historically, the tests provided in the QTG to support FSTD qualification have become increasingly fragmented.

  • An incorrect entry, upon which the FAA relied or could have relied, made in any logbook, record, or report that is kept, made, or used to show compliance with any requirement for an FSTD qualification or an approval for use.

  • Historically, the tests provided in the QTG to support FSTD qualification have become increasingly fragmented.

  • JAR-compliant FSTD qualification certificates issued or recognised before this Regulation applies shall be deemed to have been issued in accordance with this Regulation.

  • When the FSTD no longer complies with its initial qualification basis, the organisation shall apply for a new FSTD qualification certificate.

  • Levels of FSTD qualification Subparagraphs (b) and (c) of this AMC describe the minimum requirements for qualifying level A, B, C and D aeroplane FFS, level 1 and 2 aeroplane FTDs, FNPT types I, II and II MCC and BITDs. See also Appendix 1 to CS FSTD(A).300.

  • Qualification Date means the date as of which the Offering Statement was or will be qualified with the Commission pursuant to Regulation A, the Act and the Rules and Regulations; and

  • ADR Organization means The American Arbitration Association or, if The American Arbitration Association no longer exists or if its ADR Rules would no longer permit mediation or arbitration, as applicable, of the dispute, another nationally recognized mediation or arbitration organization selected by the Sponsor.
