The FTA Regional Office has oversight responsibility for the Project, including ensuring compliance in all material respects with all applicable provisions of federal law and with the terms of the FTA Master Agreement, to the extent applicable.
Upon request, the Borrower also shall provide the TIFIA Lender and the FTA Regional Office with a certified copy of the executed version of each such Principal Construction Contract.
