FTC Action definition

FTC Action means the action currently pending in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona entitled Federal Trade Commission v. LifeLock, Inc., Case No. 10-CV-00530-PHX-MHM.
FTC Action means the Federal Trade Commission matter entitled In re Matter of Lenovo (United States) Inc., File No. 152 3134.
FTC Action means the civil action captioned FTC v. Simple Health Plans LLC, No. 18-cv-62593-XXXXXX (S.D. Fla.).
