Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas definition

Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas means Gas (a) used or lost in the construction, operation and maintenance of Transporter's system; (b) variances in the measurement of quantities of Gas received and delivered on Transporter's system; and (c) variations from time to time of the linepack contained in Transporter's system.
Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas means Gas consumed in pipeline operations, including fuel, operational use, and losses.
Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas means Gas (a) used or lost in the construction, operation and maintenance of Transporter’s system: and (b) variances in the measurement of quantities of Gas received and delivered on Transporter’s system;

Examples of Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas in a sentence

  • Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas ("FL&U") shall be assessed, and will be adjusted, in accordance with KMIGT's Tariff, in addition to the above described rates.

  • Any amounts credited pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence shall be subject to the same applicable terms and conditions (including vesting, payment and forfeitability) as apply to the RSUs based on which the dividend equivalents were credited, and such amounts shall be paid in cash at the same time as the RSUs to which they relate are settled in accordance with Section 5.

  • Gatherer shall work with Owner to determine estimated Fuel, and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas to help in determining nominations.

  • A.18 FL&U shall mean Gathering Fuel, Plant Fuel, and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas volumes.

  • Customer does hereby grant, bargain, sell, transfer, convey and assign to Processor, its successors and assigns, (i) the right to consume Customer Gas as Plant Fuel, and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas, and (ii) the right to sell Customer Plant Products for the account of Customer pursuant to Section 3.13 hereof.

  • Unaccounted for Gas or ‘UAFG’ means the difference between the Quantity of Gas received into the Network and delivered out of the Network, over a specified period of time.

  • Shrinkage means the allowance for loss in weight of Grain that occurs during the storage and handling and transport process.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.
