Examples of Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas in a sentence
Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas ("FL&U") shall be assessed, and will be adjusted, in accordance with KMIGT's Tariff, in addition to the above described rates.
Any amounts credited pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence shall be subject to the same applicable terms and conditions (including vesting, payment and forfeitability) as apply to the RSUs based on which the dividend equivalents were credited, and such amounts shall be paid in cash at the same time as the RSUs to which they relate are settled in accordance with Section 5.
Owner shall be responsible for its pro rata share of Fuel, and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas.
Regardless of which form of reservation rate Shipper shall have opted to pay, the estimated Commodity Rate, Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas (“FL&U”), ACA and any other additional authorized charges or surcharges will be applied pursuant to the FERC approved Gas Tariff applicable to the Entrega Projects (the “Tariff).
Gatherer shall work with Owner to determine estimated Fuel, and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas to help in determining nominations.
A.18 FL&U shall mean Gathering Fuel, Plant Fuel, and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas volumes.

Customer does hereby grant, bargain, sell, transfer, convey and assign to Processor, its successors and assigns, (i) the right to consume Customer Gas as Plant Fuel, and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas, and (ii) the right to sell Customer Plant Products for the account of Customer pursuant to Section 3.13 hereof.
