It is the intention of Algonquin that daily deliveries of gas at the Point(s) of Delivery by Algonquin hereunder shall be as nearly equal as possible to daily receipts of gas at the Point(s) of Receipt by Algonquin for transportation hereunder, less the applicable Fuel Reimbursement Quantity.
Shipper shall be responsible for providing such Fuel Reimbursement at each Point of Receipt on a pro rata basis based on the quantities received on any Day at a Point of Receipt divided by the total quantity Delivered at all Point(s) of Delivery under this transportation service agreement.
