Fuel Supply Contract definition

Fuel Supply Contract means, collectively, each of the fuel supply contracts of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (i) which accounts for more than 10% of the aggregate gallons of fuel supplied to all Credit Parties during any 12-month period, or (ii) the breach, cancellation, termination or non-renewal of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, including, without limitation, fuel supply agreements with Valero Marketing and Supply Company, BP Products North America Inc., Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US, Marathon Petroleum Company LP, and any of their respective Affiliates.
Fuel Supply Contract means any contract entered into between RSPCL and any Fuel Supplier for the supply of Naphtha pursuant to clause 12;”
