Full Assist definition

Full Assist means the individual is unable to do any part of an ADL task, even with assistive devices, without the assistance of another person. This means the individual requires hands-on assistance of another person through all phases of the activity, every time the activity is attempted.
Full Assist means the resident is unable to do any part of an ADL, or it must be done entirely by someone else.

Examples of Full Assist in a sentence
