Ministers means the Scottish Ministers,
Commander , in relation to an aircraft, means the member of the flight crew designated as commander of the aircraft by the operator thereof, or, failing such a person, the person who is for the time being the pilot in command of the aircraft;
Minister means the Minister in the Government of the State for the time being responsible for the administration of the Act to ratify this Agreement and pending the passing of that Act means the Minister for the time being designated in a notice from the State to the Company and includes the successors in office of the Minister;
Competent Supervisory Authority means a supervisory authority which has jurisdiction in relation to the activities of a controller or processor under European data protection law in a particular Member State;
Supervisory Authority means an independent public authority which is established by an EU Member State pursuant to the GDPR.
Highway authority means the state highway commission, a board of county road commissioners or the governing body of a city or village.
supervisory body means a functionary or institution referred to in Schedule 2;
Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.
Commandant means the chief executive officer of the Iowa Veterans Home.
Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.
Chemical dependency professional means a person certified as a chemical dependency professional by the department of health under chapter 18.205 RCW.
Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;
IDEQ means the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.
Disciplinary Authority means the authority specified in the Schedule which is competent to impose on an Officer employee any of the penalties specified in regulation 4;
pilot-in-command means the pilot designated by the operator, or in the case of general aviation, the owner, as being in command and charged with the safe conduct of a flight;
Diocesan Board of Education means that body constituted under the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991 for the Diocese and any successor body;
School Council for a School, means the school council established for the School under the Act.
Board of Studies means the Board of Studies of the University;
Incident command system means: (a) An all-hazards, on-scene functional management system that establishes common standards in organization, terminology, and procedures; provides a means (unified command) for the establishment of a common set of incident objectives and strategies during multiagency/multijurisdiction operations while maintaining individual agency/jurisdiction authority, responsibility, and accountability; and is a component of the national interagency incident management system; or (b) an equivalent and compatible all-hazards, on-scene functional management system.
Board of pharmacy or "board" means the Utah State Board of Pharmacy created
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
NIGC means the National Indian Gaming Commission.
Investor Relations Activities means any activities, by or on behalf of the Company or a shareholder of the Company, that promote or reasonably could be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the Company, but does not include:
Incident Commander means a member of Aurizon Network’s Staff who has been delegated responsibility for the direction and coordination of Aurizon Network’s, each relevant Operator’s and the Access Holder’s resources in the performance of their respective roles and tasks at the site of an Incident, recording events during the course of an Incident and liaison with Authorities. Incorporated Provisions means each of the following provisions:
Regulant means any individual, person, firm, corporation, association, partnership, joint venture or
Board of Review or “board” means the state building code board of review created by this chapter.
