Fund Capital Value definition

Fund Capital Value means the value of assets constituting a part of the Fund’s assets and liabilities (hereinafter also referred to as “Fund assets”) less the value of debts constituting part of the Fund’s assets and liabilities (hereinafter also referred to as “Fund debts”). The Fund Capital Value reflects the deferral or accrual of standard costs, such as the Fund asset management fee or the Fund Depositary fee.

  • The Shareholders of the same Class have shares in the Class Fund Capital Value commensurate with the ratio of the number of the Investment Shares of this Class held by them to the total number of the issued Investment Shares of this Class.

  • The present value of a share in a given Class is determined as a proportion of the Fund Capital Value of the Class, as this term is defined below, and the number of shares of the Class issued, rounded to four decimal places.

  • Shareholders of the same Class share in the Fund Capital Value of the Class at a ratio of the number of shares they hold in that Class to the total number of shares issued in that Class.

  • If (and only if) the Class Fund Capital Value is negative and at the same time there are, as of the end of the Investment Period, no outstanding Investment Shares of the given Class, the negative Class Fund Capital will be covered by the Ma- nager.

  • The present value of shares in each Class is determined as a proportion of the Fund Capital Value of the Class and the number of shares issued in that Class, rounded to four decimal places.

Related to Fund Capital Value

  • Fixed capital cost means the capital needed to provide all the depreciable components.

  • Unit Capital means the aggregate of the face value of units issued under the scheme and outstanding for the time being.

  • Adjusted Capital Account means the Capital Account maintained for each Partner as of the end of each Fiscal Year (i) increased by any amounts which such Partner is obligated to restore pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or is deemed to be obligated to restore pursuant to the penultimate sentences of Regulations Sections 1.704-2(g)(1) and 1.704-2(i)(5) and (ii) decreased by the items described in Regulations Sections 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(4), 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(5) and 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(6). The foregoing definition of Adjusted Capital Account is intended to comply with the provisions of Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d) and shall be interpreted consistently therewith.

  • Equity Capital means and includes (i) any and all ordinary shares, stock or other common or ordinary equity shares, interests, participations or other equivalents of or interests therein (however designated), including, without limitation, shares of preferred or preference shares, (ii) all partnership interests (whether general or limited) in any Person which is a partnership, (iii) all membership interests or limited liability company interests in any limited liability company, and (iv) all equity or ownership interests in any Person of any other type.

  • Economic Capital Account Balance has the meaning provided in Section 5.1(e) hereof.
