Examples of Funded Cash in a sentence
For the repayment of all such advances by the Trustee the Trustee shall have the right to use and apply any Funded Cash held by it pursuant to Section 8.06, but no such use or application of Funded Cash nor any such advance shall relieve the Company from any default hereunder.
If at the time of any such payment of principal of Pledged Bonds, there shall be no principal then due in respect of the Bonds, the proceeds of such payment in respect of the Pledged Bonds shall be deemed to constitute Funded Cash and shall be held by the Trustee as part of the Mortgaged Property, to be withdrawn, used or applied in the manner, to the extent and for the purposes, and subject to the conditions, provided in Section 4.05.
If, at the time of any such payment of principal of First Mortgage Bonds delivered to and held by the Trustee pursuant to Sections 1504 and 1507, there shall be no principal then due in respect of the Securities, such payment in respect of such First Mortgage Bonds shall be deemed to constitute Funded Cash and shall be held by the Trustee as part of the Mortgaged Property, to be withdrawn, used or applied in the manner, to the extent and for the purposes provided in Section 1517.
