Examples of Funded Cash in a sentence
To the extent that the Company shall be entitled to withdraw proceeds of insurance pursuant to this subsection (c), such proceeds shall be deemed not to constitute Funded Cash.
The interest received by the Trustee on any such obligations shall be deemed not to constitute Funded Cash and shall be remitted to the Company; provided, however, that if an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, such proceeds shall be held as part of the Mortgaged Property until such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived.

For the repayment of all such advances by the Trustee the Trustee shall have the right to use and apply any Funded Cash held by it pursuant to Section 8.06, but no such use or application of Funded Cash nor any such advance shall relieve the Company from any default hereunder.
