Funded Debt to Adjusted EBITDA Ratio definition

Funded Debt to Adjusted EBITDA Ratio means, for any Computation Period, the ratio of (i) Funded Debt as of the last day of such Computation Period to (ii) Adjusted EBITDA for such Computation Period.
