Funding Deed definition

Funding Deed means the deed made between the Secretary of State, the Franchisee and the Guarantor dated on or about the date of the Franchise Agreement specifying arrangements relating to the funding for the Franchisee by the Parent and giving rights to the Secretary of State in relation to such funding;
Funding Deed means the deed to be entered into between the Secretary of State, the Franchisee and FirstGroup plc pursuant to clause 9.2 of the Franchise Agreement in the same terms as the document in the agreed terms marked “FD”;
Funding Deed means the deed between DCJ and the Service Provider (in respect of the Family Preservation Services), titled “Funding Deed”. For clarity, for the purpose of this Agreement, the Funding Deed and this Agreement must be read together, and the rights and obligations of the parties must be construed accordingly even although the same Funding Deed may apply to the Service Provider while the Service Provider provides other services under the Permanency Support Program. OCG means the Children's Guardian (as defined in the Funding Deed). Performance Outcomes and Data Reporting Framework means the document set out at Schedule 2. Program Level Agreement means this Agreement. Quarter means every three-calendar month period commencing on a Quarterly Date, except as follows:

Examples of Funding Deed in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the parties to this Agreement acknowledge that the rights, protections and obligations of the Security Trustee under this Agreement are governed by the Funding Deed of Charge.

  • If any Intercompany Loan Enforcement Notice is served, this facility shall be cancelled and the Advance (and any interest capitalised pursuant to Clause 3.4) and accrued interest shall, subject to the Funding Deed of Charge, become immediately due and payable.

  • Except for due registration of the Funding Deed of Charge under Section 395 of the Companies Xxx 0000, it is not necessary that the Funding Deed of Charge or this Agreement be filed, recorded or enrolled with any authority or that, except for registration fees payable to the Registrar of Companies in respect of the Funding Deed of Charge, any stamp, registration or similar tax be paid on or in respect thereof.

  • The security conferred by the Funding Deed of Charge constitutes a first priority security interest of the type described, and over the security assets referred to, in the Funding Deed of Charge and the Funding Charged Property is not subject to any prior or pari passu Security Interests.

  • The terms and conditions of Clause 7 and this Clause 8 are to be read in conjunction with the provisions of the Funding Deed of Charge, as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof.


More Definitions of Funding Deed

Funding Deed means the funding deed between Family and Community Services and the Service Provider. Program means the Program as described in the Program Guidelines and this Program Level Agreement.

Funding Deed means the funding deed made between the Secretary for State, the Franchisee and the Dutch Parent dated on or about hereof in relation to the provision of certain subordinated facilities from the Dutch Parent to the Franchisee and giving rights to the Secretary of State in relation to such funding;
Funding Deed means the deed made between the Authority, the ODP and the Guarantor dated on or about the date of the ODP Grant Agreement specifying arrangements relating to the funding for the ODP by the Parent and giving rights to the Authority in relation to such funding;

Funding Deed means the deed between DCJ and the Service Provider whereby DCJ has agreed to advance funds to the Service Provider in consideration of the Service Provider providing or procuring the provision of the Services. “Instrument of Delegation” in relation to this Deed, sets out the powers, authorities, duties and functions given to an authorised person specified in the Schedule to the Instrument. The Instrument of Delegation sets out the exercise of parental responsibility for a child or young person who is the subject of the delegation and any specific exclusions and/or conditions upon the exercise of parental responsibility.
