Funding Entity definition

Funding Entity means the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, a special establishment created by French law dated 28 April 1816 and having its offices at 00, xxx xx Xxxxx, 00000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, or any successor or assign thereof as permitted under the Funding Agreement.
Funding Entity means, with respect to any Class A-2 Noteholder, any Liquidity Provider party to a Liquidity Facility entered into by such Holder in connection with the Class A-2 Purchase Agreement or a guarantor of such Liquidity Provider.

Examples of Funding Entity in a sentence

  • The RCO and Funding Entity (if different from the RCO) undertakes no responsibilities to the Sponsor, or to any third party, other than as is expressly set out in this Agreement.

Funding Entity. The meaning specified in Section 3.08(c).
