Funding Letter definition

Funding Letter means a letter specifying the funding to be provided by the Sellers or their Affiliates with respect to the Territory for the remainder of the calendar year in which the Closing occurs and the following calendar year.
Funding Letter means the funding letter from MOHLTC to Hospital dated September 7, 2007 evidencing the commitment of MOHLTC to fund a portion of Hospital’s financial obligations under this Project Agreement and the other Implementing Agreements as amended, supplemented, restated or replaced, from time to time, in accordance with this Project Agreement.
Funding Letter means that certain Letter Agreement among the Borrower, Bank of America, N.A., individually and as Agent, and the Lenders related to Loans funded on the Initial Closing Date and cash collateralization of certain Letters of Credit of the Borrower outstanding on the Initial Closing Date.
