Funding Note Calculation Agent means the Funding Note Indenture Trustee in its capacity as calculation agent or any other Person specified as calculation agent with respect to the Funding Note in the Funding Note Certificate.

  • Except as provided below, Global Funding may remove a Funding Note Calculation Agent by giving not less than 20 days' written notice specifying such removal and the date when it shall become effective.
