Paying Agent Agreement definition
Paying Agent Agreement means the Paying Agent Agreement, in the form of Exhibit B, to be entered into on or prior to the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement by Purchaser, the Equityholders’ Representative and the Paying Agent.
