Funds From Operations definition

Funds From Operations for any period means the consolidated net income attributable to the Issuers and the Restricted Subsidiaries for such period determined in conformity with GAAP after adjustments for unconsolidated partnerships and joint ventures, plus depreciation and amortization of real property (including furniture and equipment) and other real estate assets and excluding (to the extent such amount was deducted in calculating such consolidated net income):
Funds From Operations shall have the meaning determined from time to time by the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts to be the meaning most commonly used by its members.

More Definitions of Funds From Operations

Funds From Operations means, with respect to a Person and for a given period, “funds from operations” as determined and adjusted in accordance with the standards established from time to time by the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
