Further Closing Date definition

Further Closing Date means March 1, 2006. Further Closing shall be performed on Further Closing Date. Both parties may specify in writing other time as Further Closing Date according to the performance of this Agreement.
Further Closing Date means the date on which Further Closing takes place;
