Further Company Shares definition
Further Company Shares means (i) any further shares in the capital of the Company in respect of which I acquire an interest and in respect of which I am entitled to exercise, or direct the manner of exercise of, the voting of such shares and (ii) any other shares in the capital of the Company that are attributable to or derived from any such further shares mentioned in limb (i) of this definition;
Further Company Shares means: (i) any shares in the capital of the Company in respect of which we acquire an interest after the date of this Undertaking and in respect of which we are entitled to exercise, or direct the manner of exercise of, the voting of such shares; and

I hereby irrevocably undertake on the terms of this paragraph 4 in respect of the Existing Company Shares, the Further Company Shares and any other shares or interests in shares attributable to or deriving from such shares (together, the “Shares”).
