Further Schedule means any further schedule or notice issued by us to you after the date of this Agreement; "a futures or option contract" means a contract, for future delivery and/or settlement, to (a) buy or sell an Asset and/or (b) pay or receive a sum of money by reference to an index or formula (including without limitation the price or value of any Assets);
