FUTA definition

FUTA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e).
FUTA has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).
FUTA means the Federal Unem- ployment Tax Act, 26 U.S.C. 3301 et seq.

  • The payroll or employment taxes that are subject of this paragraph include but are not limited to FICA, FUTA, federal personal income tax, state personal income tax, state disability insurance tax, and state unemployment insurance tax.

  • The Contractor shall be wholly responsible for paying all of its own taxes, including Federal and State Income Taxes, FICA, FUTA, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment and Single Business taxes to the extent that any or all of the foregoing are applicable.
