Future asset definition

Future asset means a movable asset, which does not exist or which the grantor does not have rights in or the power to encumber at the time the security agreement is concluded;
Future asset means an apartment or a house which is under construction or already constructed but not yet inspected for putting into use, or as otherwise defined by the laws of Vietnam from time to time.
Future asset means an Asset acquired by Borrower after November 30, 2002.
