Future Stockholder definition

Future Stockholder has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Future Stockholder means any Person that, after the date hereof, acquires Equity Securities from the Company entitling them either directly or indirectly to hold more than one percent (1%) of the Common Stock (on a fully-diluted basis); provided, however, that Xx. Xxxxx Eshhar shall not be deemed a Future Stockholder as a result of his receipt or any subsequent exercise of the Eshhar Options (as defined in Section 3.02(a) of the Disclosure Schedule).
Future Stockholder means any Person that acquires Equity Securities after the date hereof and who is a party to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Future Stockholder

Future Stockholder means any person or entity that acquires Equity Securities from the Corporation after the date hereof, other than Investor Shares, representing at least five (5%) percent of the outstanding voting capital stock of the Corporation.
