Future Transformation definition

Future Transformation means the Transformation Projects that will take place during the Term following Transition and which go beyond the Committed Transformation activities agreed to be performed as at the Effective Date.

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement as a Customer Dependency specific to Transition or Transformation, the Service Provider will provide all of the Equipment, Software and other resources as are necessary to implement the Transition, Committed Transformation and/or Future Transformation.

  • Transformation means, any of the following with respect to a legal entity: a merger, transformation, (re-) registration, incorporation as a joint stock or limited liability company or partnership or other legal entity, bankruptcy, liquidation, insolvency, organization into a distinct form or other entity or any other event or process by which any of the following is altered with respect to that entity: its legal identity, form or nature, or the form or nature of its ownership or capital, or its seat, and where any such event or process or any part thereof took place at any time between 22 March 1989 and 13 June 2002.

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • IVR means Interactive Voice Response.

  • Cannabis business means any business activity involving cannabis, including but not limited to cultivating, transporting, distributing, manufacturing, compounding, converting, processing, preparing, storing, packaging, delivering, testing, dispensing, retailing and wholesaling of cannabis, of cannabis products or of ancillary products and accessories, whether or not carried on for gain or profit.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

  • Production means a method of obtaining goods including manufacturing, assembling, processing, raising, growing, breeding, mining, extracting, harvesting, fishing, trapping, gathering, collecting, hunting and capturing.

  • Prosthesis means an artificial substitute for a missing body part.

  • IC Customs controls” means measures applied by the officers of customs or through Customs Computerized System to manage risks and ensure compliance;”;
