  • Except as indicated for pledged asset loans, if a Mortgage Loan has an LTV greater than 80%, the Mortgage Loan has mortgage insurance in accordance with the terms of the Fxxxxx Mxx Guide or the Fxxxxxx Mac Guide and is insured as to payment defaults by a Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy issued by a Qualified Insurer.

  • Errors and Omissions Insurance to be maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the Fxxxxx Mxx Guide or Fxxxxxx Mac Guide.

  • The minimum coverage under any such Fidelity Bond and insurance policy shall be at least equal to the corresponding amounts acceptable to Fxxxxx Mae in the Fxxxxx Mxx Guide or by Fxxxxxx Mac in the Fxxxxxx Mac Guide.

  • Additionally, the Seller shall cause the Originator, as servicer, to transmit full-file credit reporting data for each Mortgage Loan pursuant to Fxxxxx Mxx Guide Announcement 95-19 and that for each Mortgage Loan, the Seller shall cause the Originator, as servicer, to report one of the following statuses each month as follows: new origination, current, delinquent (30-, 60-, 90-days, etc.), foreclosed, or charged-off.

  • In addition, with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced for a Fxxxxx Mae pool, the Servicer shall transmit full credit reporting data to each of such credit repositories in accordance with Fxxxxx Mxx Guide Announcement 95-19 (November 20, 1995), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G, reporting each of the following statuses, each month with respect to a Mortgage Loan in a Fxxxxx Mae pool: New origination, current, delinquent (30-60-90-days, etc) foreclosed or charged off.
