Game Items definition

Game Items virtual in-game items, including items, goods, elements of the game world and Game Currency, as well as statuses, attributes, and other characteristics of virtual in-game items and/or characters, in-game achievements that may available to acquire in the Game and/or a related service on the Platform, whether on a paid basis or as a reward for particular activity of the User in the Game and/or on the Platform.
Game Items mean virtual items that may only be used exclusively within the Service.

Examples of Game Items in a sentence

  • As a rule, Game Currency cannot be exchanged for money or other valuables, other than other Game Items in the normal course of the game.

  • Game Currency is not a means of payment and serves the sole purpose of a means of exchange for other Game Items.

  • The User acknowledges that the COMPANY may provide the User with the opportunity to acquire, both on a paid or unpaid basis, certain Games, or likewise Game Items and/ or Game Currency in certain Games, for the rightsholders/developers/operators of such Games.

  • In-Platform Items, including In-Platform Currency, Games, Game Items, and/or Game Currency are not eligible for refund or exchange unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

  • Niantic’s alleged placement of virtual Game Items at game locations corresponding to real world coordinates on or near Plaintiffs’ properties (see ¶¶ 182-83) does not constitute a trespass.

  • Id. Players can interact with a limitless number of Game Items from public spaces (see ¶¶ 28-32, 34, 36, 134) and need not enter private property to play the game.

Related to Game Items

  • Punchlist Items means any items necessary at the time of the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy to complete fully the renovation of the Project Facilities in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the Project Facilities, or required for the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or its equivalent.

  • Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.

  • Escrow Items means those items that are described in Section 3.

  • Provisional items means items for which approximate quantities have been included in the tender documents.

  • Issuance Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(h) hereof.

  • Unique item identifier means a set of data elements marked on items that is globally unique and unambiguous. The term includes a concatenated unique item identifier or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

  • Unique item identifier type means a designator to indicate which method of uniquely identifying a part has been used. The current list of accepted unique item identifier types is maintained at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/uid/uii_types.html.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Items means the finished goods or services which are intended for export from the United States, either directly or as an Indirect Export, meet the U.S. Content requirements in accordance with Section 2.01(b)(ii) of this Agreement and are specified in Section 4.A. of the Loan Authorization Agreement.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.

A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Excluded Items means any items which the Committee determines shall be excluded in fixing Performance Goals, including, without limitation, any gains or losses from discontinued operations, any extraordinary gains or losses and the effects of accounting changes.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • piece-work means any system by which earnings are calculated upon the quantity or output of work performed;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Proprietary Items as defined in Section 7.2(a)(iv).
