Game Officer definition

Game Officer means any officer, warden or servant appointed or authorized for any of the purposes of this Act;
Game Officer means any officer appointed under section 3 to be Chief Game Warden, Deputy Chief Game Warden, a Game Warden or a Game Ranger;
Game Officer or "game agent" means any person authorized by the Hoh Indian Tribe to enforce this chapter and regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
