Game Periods definition

Game Periods means the time period commencing four (4) hours prior to and terminating four (4) hours following the conclusion of each Jacksonville Jaguars home football game during the 2021 National Football League Exhibition and Regular Season only. (Does not include parking for playoff games). Licensee shall have no right to enter or remain in the Parking Facility at any other times. This agreement restricts the right to sell, unless a vendor agreement has been signed.

  • Licensee shall be entitled to the use of a designated parking space in the Parking Facility during "Game Periods" only.


More Definitions of Game Periods

Game Periods means the time period commencing 5 hours prior to and terminating 3 hours following the conclusion of each home football game. Licensee shall have no right to enter or remain in the stadium at any other times. Exception: Homecoming RV’s shall be permitted to arrive the Wednesday prior to the game after 7:00pm and shall depart on the Monday after the game by 9:00 am.

Related to Game Periods

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
