Gaming Applications definition

Gaming Applications means all applications, supporting documents and supplemental information required by any Gaming Authority or required pursuant to any applicable Gaming Law necessary to effectuate the provisions set forth in any of the Transaction Documents or any of the rights, remedies or obligations thereunder, including but not limited to, any Counterparty’s ownership of an equity interest in the Issuer or the issuance of any Gaming Approval to any Counterparty, the Liquidity Provider or any Affiliate thereof or any Secured Party within its jurisdiction.
Gaming Applications means any applications, supporting documents or supplemental information required by any Gaming Authority or required pursuant to any applicable Gaming Law necessary to effectuate the provisions set forth herein and in the other Transaction Documents or any of the rights, remedies or obligations hereunder or thereunder or for either Counterparty’s ownership of an equity interest in the Issuer or the issuance of any Gaming Approval to either Counterparty, Liquidity Provider or any Affiliate thereof within its jurisdiction.
Gaming Applications means all applications, supporting documents and supplemental information required or requested by Gaming Authorities or pursuant to any applicable Gaming Law necessary to effectuate the OpBiz Pledge Agreement and the appointment of the Independent Persons.
