Garage keeper means a person or the person's heir, personal representative, successor, assignee, or authorized agent who for hire or reward, publicly offers to maintain or repair a vehicle or an accessory used in the operation of a vehicle or to furnish accessories and supplies for a vehicle or an accessory used in the operation of a vehicle.
Garage keeper means any person who, for hire or reward, publicly offers to store, maintain, keep, or repair aircraft or any accessory used in the operation of aircraft and to furnish accessories and supplies for aircraft or any accessory used in the operation of aircraft.
Garage keeper means any operator of a parking place or establishment, motor vehicle storage facility, or establishment for the servicing, repair, or maintenance of motor vehicles.
