Garbage Collector definition

Garbage Collector means any person who is under contract to the City, or is an employee of a person or business under contract to the City, to collect garbage within the City.
Garbage Collector means the person contracted from time to time by ISWAC to collect garbage, and to carry out the duties determined in their contract.
Garbage Collector or “COLLECTOR” means any person or persons appointed by Council or designated by the Director of Engineering to collect and remove garbage.
