The NSW Treasury and the Ministry of Energy and Utilities, on behalf of the Minister for Energy (Minister), previously developed the Electricity Marketing Code of Conduct and the Gas Marketing Code of Conduct to protect small customers in light of full retail competition in electricity and gas in NSW.
