Gas Producer Installed Collection Systems definition

Gas Producer Installed Collection Systems means the network of Landfill Gas recovery ▇▇▇▇▇ and trenches, and interconnecting pipes together with related valves, fans, blowers, compressors, flares, monitoring devices and other related equipment identified as the North Collection System, the West Phase I Collection System and the West Phase II Collection System (initial years), all as more particularly identified in the Scope of Work for the Gas Agreement, and the Phase III Landfill Gas System, as more particularly identified in the Phase III Landfill Gas System Scope of Work.
