Gazetted Road definition

Gazetted Road means a sealed or unsealed road regularly maintained by a local, state or government body or council and upon which the general public have unlimited rights of access. “Hire Contract” includes these Terms and Conditions, the Collision Protection Agreement and any related forms including the Hire Application, an account application, credit application and/or an accepted quotation.
Gazetted Road means either a sealed or unsealed road regularly maintained by a local, state or government body, authority or council. “Hirers Liability” in relation to New Zealand rentals has the same meaning as Damage Liability Fee.
Gazetted Road means a road which has been named and published as a public road by the local council or state government.

More Definitions of Gazetted Road

Gazetted Road means any road duly comprised within the roads classification established under the Roads Act No. 24, dated April 24, 1969, of the Borrower; and

Related to Gazetted Road

  • Gazette means the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Gazette;

  • the Gazette means the Botswana Government Gazette;

  • Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -

  • Exhibition Centre means the centre named in the Application Form or such other venue as may be selected by the Organisers under clause 4.

  • Adult day care center means any facility that is either operated for profit or that desires licensure

  • Relevant Financial Centre Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre or centres for the currency in which payment falls to be made (or, in the case of payments which fall to be made in euro, a Euro Business Day or, where such currency is a National Currency Unit (as defined in Condition 9) and the Notes have been redenominated into euro pursuant to Condition 9, the former principal financial centre or centres) and in any other place set out in the Final Terms;

  • State Load Despatch Centre or ‘SLDC’ means the centre established by the State Government for purposes of exercising the powers and discharging the functions under Section 31 of the Act;

  • Bouquet or “bouquet of channels” means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle by the Broadcaster and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;

  • Federal financial assistance means any grant, loan, contract (other than a procurement contract or a contract of insurance or guaranty), or any other arrangement by which the Department provides or otherwise makes available assistance in the form of:

  • IntraLATA Toll Traffic means the IntraLATA traffic, regardless of the transport protocol method, between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the mandatory local calling area as defined by the Commission.

  • Natural Outlet means any outlet into a watercourse, pond, ditch, lake, or other body of surface or groundwater.

  • Singapore means the Republic of Singapore and, when used in a geographical sense, includes its land territory, internal waters and territorial sea, as well as any maritime area situated beyond the territorial sea which has been or might in the future be designated under its national law, in accordance with international law, as an area within which Singapore may exercise sovereign rights or jurisdiction with regards to the sea, the sea-bed, the subsoil and the natural resources;

  • Day care center means any child day care facility other than a family day care home, and includes infant centers, preschools, extended day care facilities and school age child care centers.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • School business day means any calendar day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal and school holidays upon which the office of the Superintendent is open to the public for business. A school business day concludes or terminates upon the closure of the Superintendent’s office for the calendar day.

  • Raffle means a lottery in which the prize is won by (i) a random drawing of the name or

  • Applicable School Finance Law means Chapters 48 and 49 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, and other applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, the Texas Economic Development Act (Chapter 313 of the TEXAS TAX CODE); Chapter 403, Subchapter M, of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE applicable to the District; and, the Constitution and general laws of the State applicable to the school districts of the State, including specifically, the applicable rules, regulations, and interpretations of the agencies of the State having jurisdiction over any matters relating to the public school systems and school districts of the State, and judicial decisions construing or interpreting any of the above. The term also includes any amendments or successor statutes that may be adopted in the future which impact or alter the calculation of the Applicant’s ad valorem tax obligation or the M&O Amount in Section 4.2 of this Agreement to the District, either with or without the limitation of property values made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Child day care center and "center" means any place in which child day care is provided for thirteen or more children at one time or any place that is not the permanent residence of the licensee or administrator in which child day care is provided for seven to twelve children at one time. In counting children for the purposes of this definition, any children under six years of age who are related to a licensee, administrator or employee and who are on the premises of the center shall be counted.
