Promptly upon establishment of each such Permitted GBP Account, the Securities Intermediary shall provide a written notice to each of the Company, the Portfolio Manager, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Administrator and the Administrative Agent setting forth the account name and account number of such account (such notice, the "GBP Account Opening Notice").
Funding Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.
Contribution Notice means a contribution notice issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 38 or section 47 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.
Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Owner with the Administrator, on behalf of the Issuer, and the Trustee pursuant to Section 4(f) hereof, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.
Account Operator means a bank or other party duly authorised to operate as an account operator pursuant to the Financial Instruments Accounts Act and through which a Bondholder has opened a Securities Account in respect of its Bonds.
National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Capital Account Record Date and "Income Account Record Date" shall mean the "Record Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.
Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Opening of Escrow shall have the meaning given thereto in Section 4 hereof.
Valuation Notice means the notice given by the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.5(b) or Section 8.6(a) and stating the Initial Value at which a Purchase Right is to be exercised or at which a Repurchase Obligation is to be effected.
Initial Account has the meaning specified in the Transfer Agreement.
