Gender identity means a person's concept of self that may be different than their birth-assigned gender and related physical characteristics, societal attitudes and expectations.
Gender identity or expression means a person's gender-related identity, appearance or behavior, whether or not that gender-related identity, appearance or behavior is different from that traditionally associated with the person's physiology or assigned sex at birth, which gender-related identity can be shown by providing evidence including, but not limited to, medical history, care or treatment of the gender-related identity, consistent and uniform assertion of the gender-related identity or any other evidence that the gender-related identity is sincerely held, part of a person's core identity or not being asserted for an improper purpose.
Information Privacy and Security Laws means all applicable laws concerning the privacy, data protection, transfer, or security of Personal Confidential Information, including, to the extent applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), other state, and federal, data security laws, data breach notification laws, and consumer protection laws.
Gender expression means a person’s gender-related appearance or behavior, whether or not stereotypically associated with the person’s sex at birth.
Defined Terms As used herein:
Proper identification as used above, means information generally deemed sufficient to identify you, which includes documents such as a valid driver’s license, social security account number, military identification card, and credit cards. Only if you cannot identify yourself with such information may the ICRA require additional information concerning your employment and personal or family history in order to verify your identity.
Gender means actual or perceived sex and shall include a person’s gender identity or expression.
User Identification means any unique user name (i.e., a series of characters) that is assigned to a person or entity by the Insured.
amending Act means the Passenger Transportation Amendment Act, 2018, S.B.C. 2018, c. 53;
Automatic Number Identification or "ANI" means a Feature Group D signaling parameter which refers to the number transmitted through a network identifying the billing number of the calling party.
Identity fraud means the act of knowingly transferring or using, without lawful authority, a means of identification of an insured. This must be done with the intent to commit, or to aid or abet another to commit, an unlawful activity that constitutes a violation of federal law or a crime under any applicable state or local law.
legal entity identifier means a unique identification code assigned to the person
Taxpayer Identification (TIN), as used in this provision, means the number required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to be used by the offeror in reporting income tax and other returns. The TIN may be either a social security number or an employer identification number.
Certain Defined Terms As used in this Agreement, the term "Prospectus" means the applicable Portfolio's prospectus and related statement of additional information, whether in paper format or electronic format, included in the Portfolio's then currently effective registration statement (or post-effective amendment thereto), and any information that we or the Portfolio may issue to you as a supplement to such prospectus or statement of additional information (a "sticker"), all as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933. 2.
Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).
Identifying number means a symbol or address that identifies only one unit in a common interest community.
U.S. Patriot Act means the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)), as amended.
De-identified means that all identifying information related to an individual as set forth in the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule, 45 CFR Section 164.514 (b), are removed from the protected health information.
Privacy and Security Laws means applicable Laws that govern the Processing, privacy or security of Personal Information.
Patriot Act means the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act (USA PATRIOT ACT) of 2001, as the same may be amended from time to time, and corresponding provisions of future laws.
Employer identification number means the Federal Social Security number used on the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return, U.S. Treasury Department Form 941.
Ratifying Act means the Act to ratify this Agreement and referred to in clause 3 hereof;
Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports or other documents issued by the Corporation, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, that are required by NI 44-101 to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus or any Prospectus Amendment;
The expression “person” means any individual, firm, body corporate, unincorporated association, partnership, government, state or agency of a state or joint venture; and
Clearly and prominently means as follows:
Serial number within the enterprise identifier means a combination of numbers, letters, or symbols assigned by the enterprise to an item that provides for the differentiation of that item from any other like and unlike item and is never used again within the enterprise.
