General administration of a nursing home means the duties of administrative performance and the making of day-to-day decisions involved in the planning, organizing, directing, and/or controlling of a nursing home. In the performance of day-to-day operations, the administrator shall be full-time (i.e., forty (40) hours per week or more) and spend at least five (5) days a week, eight (8) hours per day on the premises and a major portion of that time shall be during the normal work week when the key personnel are on duty (i.e., Monday - Friday).
