General Atlantic Representative definition

General Atlantic Representative means the General Atlantic Shareholder appointed and notified to the Company from time to time by the General Atlantic Shareholders holding a majority of the Registrable Securities held by all General Atlantic Shareholders to act on behalf of the General Atlantic Shareholders under this Agreement. The initial General Atlantic Representative shall be General Atlantic.

  • The Company shall give written notice to the General Atlantic Representative or the Apax Representative, as applicable, on behalf of the Initiating Holder of its determination to postpone or withdraw a Registration Statement and of the fact that the Valid Business Reason for such postponement or withdrawal no longer exists, in each case, promptly after the occurrence thereof.

  • Workplace Representative means a person: (i) who is an Employee; (ii) chosen and appointed by an individual Employee or a number of Employees to represent them in relation to the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) who acts on the instructions of the Employee or Employees that appointed the Workplace Representative.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
