General Atlantic Stockholders definition

General Atlantic Stockholders means GAP 74 LP, GAP 77 LP, GAP Coinvestment, GAP Coinvestments III, GAP Coinvestments IV, GapStar, GmbH Coinvestment, any Subsequent General Atlantic Purchaser and any Transferee thereof to whom Registrable Securities are transferred in accordance with Section 10(f) of this Agreement.

General Atlantic Stockholders means GAP LP, GAP Coinvestment, GapStar, GmbH Coinvestment and any Affiliate of GAP LLC that, after the date hereof, acquires Registrable Securities.

General Atlantic Stockholders means GAP LP, GAP Coinvestment, GapStar, GAP-W, GmbH Coinvestment and any Affiliate of GAP LLC that, after the date hereof, acquires Shares, and the term "General Atlantic Stockholder" shall mean any such Person.

• The Demand Registration rights of the General Atlantic Stockholders contained in Section 3 hereof and the other rights of each of the General Atlantic Stockholders with respect thereto shall be, with respect to any Registrable Security, (i) automatically transferred among the General Atlantic Stockholders and (ii) in all other cases, transferred only with the consent of the Company.

• Notwithstanding the first sentence of this Section 10(d), the Company, without the consent of any other party hereto (other than the General Atlantic Stockholders), may amend this Agreement to add any Subsequent General Atlantic Purchaser as a party to this Agreement as a General Atlantic Stockholder.
