General Conditions of Entitlement means the general conditions set by Ofcom pursuant to Section 45 of the Act which are applicable at the material time.

More Definitions of General Conditions of Entitlement

General Conditions of Entitlement means the conditions set out in the Schedule to the Notification published by the Director on 22 July 2003 pursuant to Section 48(1) of the Act;
