Examples of General Insurance Requirements in a sentence

  • Grantee shall carry insurance in the types and amounts indicated in Attachment G, General Insurance Requirements, for the duration of this Contract.

  • Grantee shall carry insurance in the types and amounts indicated in Attachment F, General Insurance Requirements, for the duration of this Contract.

  • The successful bidder will be required to show proof of insurance as outlined in the General Insurance Requirements below.

  • Any deviations from these General Insurance Requirements must be requested in writing on the City form titled “Request for Waiver of Insurance Requirements” and must be approved by City of Key West Risk Management.

  • General Insurance Requirements Contractor shall procure, at its sole cost and expense the insurance outlined in this Section as follows: 1) Contractor is required to maintain the insurance coverage(s) outlined in this Section for a period of time commencing the sooner of the execution of this contract, or the start of Work, without interruption.

Related to General Insurance Requirements

  • general insurance business means any class of insurance business other than long-term insurance business;

  • Insurance Requirements means, collectively, all provisions of the Insurance Policies, all requirements of the issuer of any of the Insurance Policies and all orders, rules, regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon each Loan Party which is an owner of Mortgaged Property and applicable to the Mortgaged Property or any use or condition thereof.

  • Collateral Insurance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (a) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (b) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (c) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC § 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (d) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Travel Insurance means coverage for personal risks incidental to planned travel, including one or more of the following:

  • Insurance Report means an insurance report in respect of the Insurances confirming that such Insurances are placed with such insurers, insurance companies and/or clubs in such amounts, against such risks and in such form as acceptable to the Agent (acting on the instructions from the Finance Parties) and comply with the requirements under Clause 26.3 (Insurance) and the GIEK Guarantee prepared by Bank Assure Insurance Services Inc., or such other reputable insurance advisor approved by the Agent, and dated on or about 11 June 2010 and addressed to, and capable of being relied upon by, the Finance Parties.

  • Environmental Insurance Policy means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property, any insurance policy covering pollution conditions and/or other environmental conditions that is maintained from time to time in respect of such Mortgage Loan, Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, for the benefit of, among others, the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.

  • Hazard Insurance Policy means, with respect to each Contract, the policy of fire and extended coverage insurance (and federal flood insurance, if the Manufactured Home is secured by an FHA/VA Contract and such Manufactured Home is located in a federally designated special flood area) required to be maintained for the related Manufactured Home, as provided in Section 5.09, and which, as provided in said Section 5.09, may be a blanket mortgage impairment policy maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Section 5.09.

  • Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.

  • Flood Insurance Laws means, collectively, (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto.

  • Hazard Insurance A fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy insuring against loss or damage from fire and other perils covered within the scope of standard extended hazard coverage naming the Servicer, its successors and assigns, as a mortgagee under a standard mortgagee clause, together with all riders and endorsements thereto.

  • Property Insurance is defined in Section 6.10(a).

  • Additional Insured is defined in Section D of Annex D to the Lease.

  • Industrial insured means an insured:

  • Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;

  • Blanket travel insurance means a policy of travel insurance issued to any eligible group providing coverage for specific classes of persons defined in the policy with coverage provided to all members of the eligible group without a separate charge to individual members of the eligible group.

  • Individual health insurance coverage means health insurance coverage offered to individuals in the

  • Fidelity Insurance means insurance coverage with respect to employee errors, omissions, dishonesty, forgery, theft, disappearance and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, property (other than money and securities) and computer fraud in an aggregate amount acceptable to Seller’s regulators.

  • Blanket insurance policy means a group policy covering a defined class of

  • General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.

  • Flood Insurance means the insurance coverage provided under the National Flood Insurance Program.

  • Insurance Information means the insurance information required by the Access Provider pursuant to Clause 5(b)(xi) hereof.

  • Insurance means (i) all insurance policies covering any or all of the Collateral (regardless of whether the Collateral Agent is the loss payee thereof) and (ii) any key man life insurance policies.

  • Insurance Regulator means, with respect to any jurisdiction, the Governmental Authority charged with the supervision of insurance companies in such jurisdiction.
