Examples of General Operating Reserve in a sentence
In connection with fulfilling the Security Deposit requirements of this Agreement, Participant may elect to use its uncommitted funds held in the General Operating Reserve to satisfy in whole or in part its Security Deposit required under Section 5.
Such Security Deposit requirement may be satisfied by Participant in whole or part either in cash, through irrevocable commitment of its uncommitted funds held in the General Operating Reserve in accordance with Section 5.1, or through a clean, irrevocable letter of credit satisfactory to NCPA’s General Manager.
If Participant chooses to satisfy in whole or in part its security requirements using its uncommitted funds held in the General Operating Reserve, Participant is required to execute and deliver to NCPA an Irrevocable Letter of Direction, directing NCPA to utilize Participant’s uncommitted General Operating Reserve funds for such purposes, and the designated funds will thereafter be irrevocably committed and held by NCPA to satisfy the requirements of this Agreement.
Security Deposits held by NCPA shall be invested by NCPA in accordance with the General Operating Reserve policies and investment policies adopted by the NCPA Commission.
