General Services Agreements means the General Services Agreements (i) effective as of April 1, 2019, by and between a member of the MatCo Group and a member of the AgCo Group, (ii) effective as of April 1, 2019, by and between a member of the MatCo Group and a member of the SpecCo Group and (iii) effective as of the date of the AgCo Distribution, by and between a member of the AgCo Group and a member of the SpecCo Group.
