Generally accepted agricultural practices definition

Generally accepted agricultural practices means those practices which are feasible, lawful, inherent, customary, necessary, reasonable, normal, safe and typical to the industry or unique to the commodity as they pertain to the practices listed in Section 2a) entitled “agricultural practices”.
Generally accepted agricultural practices means those practices which are lawful, customary, reasonable, safe and necessary to the industry as they pertain to the practices listed in subdivision a of section 3 of this local law.
Generally accepted agricultural practices means those practices commonly used by other farmers in the county or a contiguous county in which a nuisance claim is asserted. Minn. Stat. § 561.19, subd. 1(c).
