Generation License definition

Generation License. The meaning ascribed thereto in the Energy Purchase Agreement.
Generation License means the document to be issued by the Georgian National Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (“GNEWRC”) according to Applicable Law that confirms the right of the Company for the generation of electricity of Facility, for indefinite time.
