Generator Fuel Usage definition

Generator Fuel Usage means and refer to all fuel used by the element(s) of the Back-Up Power Systems described in Item 3 of Exhibit “F”, Table A.
Generator Fuel Usage means and refer to Tenant’s pro rata share of all fuel used by the element(s) of the Back-Up Power Systems described in Item 3 of Exhibit “F”, Table A. Such pro rata share shall be calculated as (A / B) as defined herein.
Generator Fuel Usage means and refer to Tenant’s pro rata share of all fuel used by the element(s) of the Back-Up Power Systems described in Item 3 of Exhibit “F”, Table A. Such pro rata share shall be calculated in a manner consistent with Section 3.5.4 of the Standard Lease Provisions.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is the intent of the parties that this Section 3.5.3 represents a mechanism only for Landlord’s cost recovery with regard to non-maintenance related Generator Fuel Usage, and that there is no intent for Tenant’s Generator Fuel Payment to include any element of profit to Landlord in connection therewith.

  • From and after the Suite 407 Surrender Date, no Base Rent shall become due or payable with respect to Suite 407 and all future calculations of Ancillary Utility Costs, Generator Fuel Usage or any costs to Tenant under this Lease based on a proportionate share or allocation of leased space or usage shall reflect that Suite 407 shall be deemed to have been removed from the Premises.

Generator Fuel Usage means and refer to all fuel used by the Server Room’s back-up power systems.

Related to Generator Fuel Usage

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.
