Generator Interconnection Facilities definition

Generator Interconnection Facilities means electrical lines, transformers, bus-bars, switch-gear, plant or apparatus utilised to enable access to a Transmission System or Distribution System by the Generating Set(s);

Generator Interconnection Facilities means any transformers, busbars, switchgear, plant or apparatus utilised to enable access to a Transmission System/Distribution System by the Generating Set(s);
Generator Interconnection Facilities. The GIF includes the facilities listed below. These facilities are not intended to be a complete representation of the GIF. (a) Generator-owned facilities located in the Plant and/or Common Switchyard, including the following facilities:

Generator Interconnection Facilities means all equipment and facilities owned, operated and maintained by Generator from the Facility to the Interconnection, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities, which, in conjunction with the Company Interconnection Facilities, are necessary to connect the Facility to the Transmission System, as such are so designated and described in Appendix A. Includes Generator’s Generator Interconnection Facilities includes Generator's Metering Equipment, Protective Equipment and Joint Use Facilities.
Generator Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Generator on Generator’s side of the Point of Interconnection for the purpose of connecting the Facility to the System, including Generator’s System Protection Facilities, and including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment;
