Company Interconnection Facilities. − The meaning ascribed thereto in the Power Purchase Agreement.
Company Interconnection Facilities. The facilities and equipment to be designed, constructed or installed by or on behalf of the Company on the Company’s side of the Interconnection Point that are described in Schedule 3, including any telemetering equipment, transmission lines and associated equipment, transformers and associated equipment, relay and switching equipment, telecommunications devices, telemetering and data interface for the SCADA System, protective devices and safety equipment.
Company Interconnection Facilities means the structures, facilities, equipment, devices and apparatus owned or leased by, or under contract to, the Company or its Affiliates, including those that are identified as Company Interconnection Facilities or as Joint Use Facilities owned by the Company in Schedule A, as amended from time to time, which are necessary to interconnect, and to facilitate the interconnection of, the Station to the Transmission System.

In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.
